I’ve spent my career in high-pressure environments, from global brand work for companies like Rolex to building startups in both software and hardware. I’ve raised money, hired teams, and sat in the chaos of scale-up reality where everything moves fast and nothing is fully built yet.

And I’ve been lucky enough to experience truly exceptional cultures - workplaces where trust, clarity, and care weren’t just talked about, they were lived. These were high-performance environments too, proving that when leadership keeps things fun, people connected, and everyone moving in the same direction, people thrive and the results keep coming.

This experience is the backbone of Thread.

We work with leadership teams to build systems that make growth sustainable. Clear priorities. Real rhythm. Honest accountability. The goal is simple: keep performance high without burning people out.
